We would like to having the Great Reunion of Cahaya School and we would like to use your  hall to celebrate it.
The Reunion will be held on 29th November 2016 on Tuesday, for three days. And and we will invite about 2500 persons. And we need some equipments such as five round tables, microphone, speaker active, foods and drinks, and decorations.
And on that day, we need MC and some entertains and we need soft drinks and some lights meals and some games and take a photo for memory.

First of all I’m very glad to read your letter that you will use our building. I have read all and I think you can use it to celebrate The Great Reunion. And for all the equipments we will try to give it all.
And about the realization we will discuss with our staff to make agreement of that day. About the capacity of person our hall can intercept it.
For beverage and meals is not problem for us and you can choose by our menu and for MC you can select a man or women person. And we have some games with or without clowns, and we give free for microphone and speaker active and a photographer will stand by for that time.
